Welcome to Amarise’s website. By using this website and accessing The Covenant community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Please note that by subscribing you are given access to the website. If you decide you would not like newsletters, you will not be sent email updates. During termination of your account, you will no longer be able to access subscriber-only sections.
Please also note that in order to contribute work or posts you must be 13+ and be able to separately email admins to allow contributor access.
1. Website Content
All music, artwork, videos, text, and other content provided by us on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, or exploit our content without permission.
2. The Covenant (Community Section)
The Covenant allows users to post blogs and content relating to the artist or the community.
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, share, react to, and promote your content. This includes use in Amarise-related content such as YouTube videos, livestreams, social posts, or other promotional features.
You remain the owner of any content you create, but you are solely responsible for it.
If you are under 18, you may only contribute with parental/guardian consent. By granting this consent, parents/guardians take responsibility for ensuring the work is original and not copied or stolen from others.
The Covenant and Amarise cannot be held liable for any content submitted that infringes on another person’s rights. Responsibility rests with the contributor (or their parent/guardian, if under 18).
You must not post anything illegal, offensive, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or spam.
We reserve the right to remove any posts, without notice, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for the content you post in The Covenant. We are not liable for any user-generated content, nor for any loss, damage, or claims arising from it.
Covenant Rules
Love First – Love one another, reflect kindness and love towards each other.
Respect & Uplift – Speak life, not harm. No hate, gossip, or tearing others down.
Truth – Share honestly, stand for truth, don’t create baseless gossip. This page is mainly for your poetry and art — I would love to hear about the things you write.
Unity & Support – Support each other, and enjoy the music. Be a caring community.
Celebrate the Music and Art – Honour the creativity we share.
Peace Over Strife – Let your words bring peace, not division.
3. User Accounts
To post in The Covenant, you need to create an account.
You may also be asked to confirm your account by emailing loveamarise@gmail.com to show you are a genuine supporter of Amarise’s music. This helps protect the community from spam and hate.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not impersonate others or use the site in a harmful way.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to register an account and post in The Covenant.
Children under 13 may still browse the site and subscribe to the mailing list with parental consent, but they are not permitted to create accounts or post content.
By creating an account (Contributor), you confirm that you are 13 or older.
Contributors aged 13–17 must obtain parental/guardian consent before submitting any work. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that any submitted work is original.
We reserve the right to delete accounts created by anyone under 13 who is attempting to post.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using this site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or damages resulting from using the site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £10.
